He took over a UCF team that Scott Frost built into probably the best Group of 5 program in the country, and took it into a nosedive ... 12-1 his first season, then 10-3 his 2nd season, and 6-4 his final year. Sure, you can recruit better players to Tennessee than to UCF, but you are also playing against better competition each and every week as well.

Give me great defense all day long. Our offense is not as explosive as LSU or Bama, but it's good. Unlike Bama or LSU, our defense is damn good. The old saying still applies … Defense wins championships. I don't give a shite what the Downer Dawgs have to say. GO DAWGS!!
