PFL - League Standings and Week 5 GameDay Picks **LOCKED**

I will be posting up week 5 game picks by tomorrow night. Here is how the conferences stack up after the first week of OOC match-ups ...
OOC League Standings
Also, I want to explain a little more about how we are going to deal with the No Shows. I put forth an idea about LGPs (League Generated Players), and I understand that some may have concerns on how that would work. So, let me go into it a little more.
We have basically 6 members that have not submitted any game picks since the beginning, there have been 4 that have missed one week, and 1 or 2 that have missed 2 weeks. So the problem isn't as bad as it may seem, but bad enough that it needs to be addressed.
What I propose to do is take the spots of those that have missed 2 or more consecutive weeks and replace them with a LGP. The LGPs will be limited to only picking the 12 game picks, and 1 each of the Pick 6 and House It Bonuses. They will not be allowed to Go For 2, and can not play the Hail Mary. They will however pick the Tie Breaker.
And NO LGP will be eligible for the Play-Offs, the Championship, nor the Bowl Match-Ups. Whomever wins the PFL Championship will be a member of the GSB.
Making the picks for the LGPs will be done by a few personal friends of mine, who have no interest in the outcome of the PFL whatsoever. They are all sports fans who follow college football and the NFL though, so they are knowledgeable and capable of making the picks.
I will post their picks on their behalf.
Any No Show member can have their membership in the League restored if they choose to do so, but it has to be approved from their respective Conference Commissioner. Also, any GSB member who would like to fill any of those spots my do so.
Any comments or questions on this are encouraged.
