Price tag is too high. Unless Houston drops the demand that isn't happening. They are asking for our first and second round pick and our first next year in return. frick that

Our second round pick is very early which is in most cases a shot at a very good player as well as having the number 6 pick plus a first rounder next year. We should stay at 6 and pick the best available lineman / pass rusher.

I'm not a falcons fan and don't follow them...if they traded up I would assume it's to take clowney right? And what all would they have to give up to get him?

I remember in the AJ Green draft they gave up a shite ton to get Julio and that was only at pick 6ish I think.

We also came from 24th to 6th for that pick. This would be a much smaller jump and would still allow the Texans to get the player they desire at 6 because everyone in the building knows they want a QB. They are trying to make us overpay for Clowney instead of the actually swap in numbers from 6 to 1. Unless Houstons pricetag drops that trade ain't happening.

Not a Falcons fan, but I actually think Clowney could be a monster in a 3-4 at OLB. He's definitely athletic enough to do it. Think DeMarcus Ware with an extra dose of speed and explosiveness.

The main thing with Clowney is if he as it together between the ears.

^ Falcons fans should be on board with that, but Dimitroff won't be able to help himself. They'll pick 1 or 2.

First of all frick Clowney. That kid is a prima donna and a potential cancer in the locker room. I don't care how fast he runs the fourty.

Has anyone else read that the falcons might be trading foe Eric Berry?

I'd support that trade depending on what we gave up. Eric Berry is a beast.

You guys need to look into Lewan more. He's better than Matthews. Stronger and faster, like Robinson, but with better technique than Robinson. I think he's the best OT on the board.

Curious, but why not? Serious question as I haven't been keeping up and don't know much about the kid (other than that he's HUGE).
