That's all theory and fan fiction, you need a bad guy to explain why we didn't win the NC, there you go.
There's no actual facts to base any of that on.

Well, it would be interesting to see what passes were on target vs those above/under/to the side. We saw Bowers make ridiculous catches because of that.

Ok, I'll throw this out there...my son is getting married soon and one of his groomsmen has a close friend at UGA that knows some football players. At our recent golf/bachelor party, he told us that they told him that Beck was a complete an utter A$$hole and NO one liked him. Now that is what I call an 'REO Speedwagon' rumor; "Heard it from a friend who, heard it from a friend who, heard it from another...." So, take it for what its worth.

His demeanor was off putting to me and the difference in the way the team played in SECC after he left was obvious.
Maybe he wasn’t always that way but the team certainly wasn’t rallying behind him.

In addition to that I think it should go without saying that throwing to elite pass catchers is going to result in better numbers than throwing to non-elites. Let's pretend a ball in 2023 and 2024 on a simple 10 yard route were both thrown completely perfectly. Beck hasn't done anything different from one throw to the next. In 2023 Ladd or Brock may make a guy miss, turn on the jets and get 30 extra yards. In 2024 Dom or Arian may catch it and go down on first contact. That's a 30 yard difference on the stat sheet without Beck haven't done anything wrong.

Suprised more wasn’t reported about him asking for more money, cuz he did! I think Kirby would rather lose with a team, than lose with a QB and the rest of the team!

Yes two of the best to ever play the game make a difference. That said, we still recruit the best available at ever position.

This locker room cancer rode the bench for three years behind a transfer and a walk-on, didn't transfer, kept his nose to the grind stone, and waited his turn.
Not even close to reality.
It's well-known Beck wanted to transfer (specifically to FSU) and actively tried to get several teammates to go with him, only to learn he was unable to transfer (and be eligible immediately) because of his grades.

Define "well known" please.
I read this board every day and follow two different UGA-centric youtubers, and my buddy BigLandowski spams me any juicy shite he gets from his paid Rivals account, and this is the first I've ever heard this.

There are always cliques on football teams. You can dislike someone and get along football wise. I think NIL and the portal make it more strained at times than in the past. The Braintrust shittng on him did not help the last 2 years. He also has some ownership in it. Being famous at 21 is tough. Being rich and famous at that age is easier for some than others, but it is not the same as going to College.
In any case, he wasn’t besties with everyone, but they were cool. It started getting more strained as this season went on. Some of that was external noise and some was him not handling players dropping balls and running wrong routes with poise. He planned on playing in the pros after this season. The injury and his stats, hurt him financially.. a lot of the stat issues were not necessarily on him.
He had already moved on mentally once he got hurt as he knew he needed a year of good stats… and to get paid in case he didn’t get better. We were not giving him $4m or assurances he would even start. He didn’t have a choice really. If you are mad at him then you should be mad at all the kids who leave early for the draft, because that is what he basically is doing. I don’t think he handled it well. By that I mean the time after his injury, but he was already moving on mentally.
The real cancers are not 21 year olds. They are the fully grown adults who get their jollies shitting on 21 year olds because they did not do everything perfect for their sports team. RE: Stetson Bennett.

I think Beck got distracted by the money, the lambo, the girlfriend, social media, and concern over his draft position due to interceptions. I don't see him as a bad guy just immature lacking in communication skills and leadership qualities.

Good summation. I’m not going to pass judgement on any kid that has an injury that close to the finish line. We all want to think he should be the super teammate but going from first round pick to injured elbow had to be a mind frick.

Several insiders including SoFL, Jason at Field St Forum and Rusty (who I live near in Rome)

SoFl lost all credibility when he insisted Stetson was just the backup and we were saving JT Daniels for the Florida game. I argued about it and got a PM from one of his minions threatening to ban me for challenging this opinion that I turned out to be correct about.

So you live in Rome and Rusty lives in Rome, what difference does that make? I would think real insiders would live in Athens. Most of those old school "insiders" were insiders during the Richt regime, which was leaky. Kirby shut down most insiders, the old school insiders don't get near as much info as they used to. Just something to be mindful of.

Kirby shut a lot of that down. Most of these guys are talking to talkative parents with agendas.

That’s pretty much Sofl to a T, but not Rusty. Know it wasn’t you saying so, but super dumb take to act like he’s not very connected, whether he lives in The City of Seven Hills or The Classic City. I know him well and the guy eats, sleeps, and breathes UGA and recruiting 24/7.

It's so well known that this is the first I've ever seen it referenced.
