How many games did he miss for injury?

He apparently played in 14 out of 15 games. Not sure how many were partial due to being dinged up. It's hard to say. We do rotate our WRs a lot.

I tend to think it is because we require our WRs to block and some are not very good at it. So they rotate them to cover up whether we are going to run or pass. Just a guess, though.

It's been hinted that the WR/skill position players have not been the biggest fan of our offensive approach or SBIV.

GTFO with that cünt nation shite. Only ones to hint that are the cünts themselves

I know AD Mitchell Jackson if he get Wr reps and not just kick offs mcConkey then who else?

Blaylock, Rosemy-Jacksaint, Arians Smith and those coming....Gilbert if he comes back?

I suspect we will pick up one or two from the portal. If anything we should trust our staff as far as roster is concerned.

I think if Gilbert is back and that off-field shite is truly behind him, then he's going to be featured heavily in this offense.

I guess I'm just of the impression that talent is talent. If you play at a big school like Georgia, they’ll recognize you if you’re good enough. Sure you need some production, but NFL teams do actually consider if you’re playing in a run heavy scheme and don’t penalize you for it.

Well, you're right, but for a lot of the kids they want big numbers so they can be drafted higher. The difference between 3rd round money and 1st round money is significant.

I get it. It's hard to blame him. He was one of my favorites, really....but I also really like McConkey, Mitchell and Jackson a lot, too. I suspect we will have some young kids step up, too.

I don’t necessarily disagree but if we want better receivers then we’re not gonna get them throwing 24 passes per game.

On the other hand if you start throwing the ball around you won't get good RBs. Every action taken has a reaction, so people need to relax. (Not necessarily aimed at you, btw)

He was wide open so many times and Stet didn’t see him. No coincidence that he leaves when stet announces he’s coming back

And before you fan boys get sand in your pussy this isn’t a shot at Stet. It’s the truth and very likely how Burton sees it

That’s a killer. Milton may be next. We’re not doing well with these West coast boys. Except Bowers.

Why would he?

1. Milton’s dad said he’s not going anywhere.

2. He will be a huge focus in the offense.

That’s what I thought about about Burton. Sorry, just being a nega-dawg for a couple minutes while I processed.

Hard to be featured when you have a QB that’s SUPER limited

Has nothing to do with Stetson. It has been rumored for awhile that Burton was thinking of leaving.

Plus...a QB typically has somewhere around 3 seconds from the time the ball is hiked to find an open receiver and throw the ball before being sacked. Think about that....catch the hike, look for open primary receiver, covered or coming open? Covered? Look for secondary receiver. Covered or coming open? Covered? Look for safety valve receiver.....and so on. 3 MAYBE 4 seconds to go through progressions. Open receivers are missed all the time. They were missed by Daniels, Stafford, Murray....missed by Dan Marino, Brett Favre, Pat Mahomes....they all miss open receivers.

I am always surprised at the lack of awareness that so many people on this board has, yet think they know more football than a coach. Not necessarily aimed at you. It's aimed at a lot of people.

You really believe that Burton leaving has nothing to do with the QB position and his number of targets? And you question others’ awareness?

Except Burton's dad didn't deny he was going anywhere.

Look....the other board has been telling us for awhile that we were expecting a lot of attrition in the WR room. And surprise, surprise, it had nothing to do with Bennett.

People need to climb down off the ledge.
