Emerson reports that they now anticipate that it will be built on the grass fields.
Which makes sense, as they would not be able to begin construction until outdoor track season has concluded.

Honestly, I don't think it will be any of those. I suspect they build it where the current track stands are, running long ways from BM down to the turf fields. No idea how that will actually work out or look but then I don't get paid the big bucks.
