Not a single one. They’re going to fight their asses off to win it because they don’t sit where we sit in the pecking order, same as Texas last year. We’re going to play guys to gain experience and if we win in the process, great.

Understand that the playoff system has completely altered Bowl games as we know them. It’s the negative side effect to what everyone had been clamoring for; this shite doesn’t matter. We thought a playoff would hurt the regular season but it has actually damaged the uniqueness of the college postseason. I mean how excited would you actually be if we won the Sugar Bowl? It just doesn’t matter anymore when the top 4 teams hve already been determined

That’s what I thought.

Excitement doesn’t matter to me. I don’t want to lose to a big 12 school two years in a row.

Only matters to teams that can rub our faces in it. UF beat Mich and finished ahead of us. I expect them to beat Virginia and finish ahead of us again since Baylor will be excited about a NY6 game and wax us...

We'll be minus 1st round draft picks and apparently others can't get up for a NY6 game...

Kids don't grow up dreaming of playing for good old State U anymore. They grow up with dreams of NFL riches and glory.

Yup, and I'm losing my passion too. I've had season tix for 40yrs and I'm done. Not renewing and giving up over 27000 priority points, can't pass them on or will to anyone anymore so when I die they and the points revert back to the Ath Dept. Can't justify it anymore.

Times have changed but my old arse hasn't. I went to 1 home game this year, fricking 1, my son doesn't enjoy it as much as he did when he was younger and only took grandson to 3 games so we ate tix for 3 games...

What the frick, dallas. That's what your sketchy e-friends are for...taking tickets off your old, knobby hands.

Our offense wasn't good this year and we're about to play a NY6 bowl with about half of our starters if we're lucky. That sucks.

Sad thing is the athletic department doesn’t seem to realize that they need the base. I get going after the huge donors because they’re definitely needed but a decent bit will only be there when UGA (or whatever school) is doing really well and it’s popular. Gradually price out the base and make the experience more work and effort than its worth and it’ll hurt in the long run. I don’t feel bad admitting I only donate money to the academic side of UGA.

We dont need to kid our self, this Matt Rhule character is a damn football coach. It is way harder to do what he did from the ashes of the NCAA than anything Lincoln Riley had to do at a blue blood like OU.

He has done it a friggin Baylor.

I'm not sure why no one thinks Baylor can win without help from Georgia. Baylor is a better team than Texas was and Georgia was better last year. Discounting Baylor because they play in the Big 12 is stupid.

Don’t need to end the season with an L, especially in the wake of the SECCG debacle. Not a good look for recruiting if you ask me.

I keep hearing folks with Dallas' attitude. One of my pals stopped renewing his season tickets last year. He had season tickets since the late 70's. I have another friend whose dad has 8 season tickets. A lot of the Murray State type games they end up eating the tickets. I had a group of alumni friends that had season tickets all in the late 90's; early 00's. They stopped buying season tickets around '05. Those guys tend to go to a lot of away games including Ga-Florida now. Gives them a chance to get away and relive the glory years. Me and my wife usually go to 2 home games a year and one away game.

Yea, our entire team optics isn't looking good here at the end of the season.
Our sideline looked like a hospital ward during the SECCG.
Pickens gets ejected for fighting during the damn GT game.
Infighting between Swift and Fromm during the game.
Fromm looks like he has regressed.
Our whole offense looks bad.
Cooks gets arrested.
Players sitting out for the Sugar Bowl.
Recruiting obviously taking a hit with multiple teams taking prime recruits who we need badly from our state.
Our former top QB recruit is now a leading candidate for the Heisman next season at Ohio St. Said recruit left us with a racial stigma blackeye.
We haven't won a NC in football in going on 40 years.
We haven't been relevant in basketball or baseball in many years.
I'm feeling dismal about our entire AD these days.

That's what my parents did this year, my family had them since the 40s they got handed down in 70s to my mom when you could still do that. They let 68,000 priority points go

If it’s not a playoff game, it’s irrelevant. Bowls should be eliminated as they are absolutely meaningless.
