Some buzz on other boards that Pickens may have tore his ACL. Would be a huge blow to our offense.

Emerson has now put out an article about it.

Not good at all.

Hypothetical depth chart w/o Pickens?

Burton
Jackson
Blaylock/Smith/Rosemy-Jacksaint

It could be nice to get a fresh, recovered Pickens back for SECCG/CFP though.

Amari Rodgers at Clemson last year tore his ACL on March 25th and was back playing in his first game on September 12th which is. 5 1/2 months later.

That has to be a record but there is a chance George could play later this year.

add in Robertson assuming he is still with the team despite his legal troubles.

TE's will have to step up in a big way. Fitzpatrick, Washington, and Bowers could all play a bigger role than expected.

We can rebuild him. We have the technology.

Our Ron is an awesome Ron.

Blaylock

I'm not sure what we'll get out of Blaylock this year. Two ACL injuries is a lot to come back from and be back to normal right away.

They would be foolish to bring him back anytime before a nine month recovery. Statistics are undeniable that trying to return any time prior to that drastically increases the re-injury rate. See Dominick Blaylock as a prime example.
