I was curious if he played at UGA.
Yes, he played a concert in Sanford on April 13th, 2013. I was there.
Didn't see the initial post, but I gather that you think he was somehow involved because he exited the stage? Or at fault for not telling anyone what was going on on the mic? I can't answer what was going through his head, but my guess is that his gut reaction was panic once he realized what was happening. I can't say that I blame him. The assumption, initially, had to be that he was the target. He clearly didn't know what was going on for several seconds.

Bingo. None of this adds up. This guy spent way too much time and effort putting this together to just be some random act. He had been radicalized by somebody. This took a lot of forethought and planning.

His standup bit about playing against Alabama is pretty funny

I'm not sure what the original question really is here. Peter Buck, are you asking if one of these singers was a football player or if they played a concert at UGA? Aldean played a concert at UGA.
EDIT: Nevermind. I'm obviously not very good at reading thread titles.

I thought he was th guy who played at UGA. I got him and that Rhett guy confused. In all honesty, when I saw him run off stage, it really bothered me.
Still curious as to all of these other strange happenings that surround this event, but I didn't think he was complicit. Just that he kinda ran off and people were still standing there cheering for him to come back on as people behind them were getting shot.

I don't think you can fault him. If I were him, my initial thought would be that I'm being shot at. That's generally what has happened with crazed fans trying to kill their idols. There's no way he could have known the full scope of what was taking place. I'm sure he probably feels horrible right now.

Wasn't a question. He was just exploiting a bloodbath of slaughtered innocents for an e-snark opportunity.
It didn't get the reaction he wanted, so he edited it and is now lying about it and doubleing-down by blaming Aldean instead of the guy with 23 rifles and 5,000 rounds of ammo perched above in a snipers-nest.
You know, just some normal wholesome and healthy tomfoolery on the internet before bedtime on a Tuesday.

What did his original post say? I only saw the post-edited version and didn't understand your heated reaction.

It said he wished Jefferson was as fast getting the HungerGames picks out during the week as Jason Aldean was hauling arse off stage.

I basically criticized him for running off stage and not warning his fans. I'm still on the fence on this one, but Jefferson is over reacting, just like Libs do when they call for gun bans after these things.

With that said, I'd like to hear what he has to say on what he thinks happened. The current story doesn't seem valid.
