I have no problem wanting to run the ball up the middle. My problem comes from when we ran the same exact play and left the same exact UF player unblocked 3 times. That was what was so frustrating.

My only real problem with Chaney is he won't run the toss sweep or outside runs.

The difference is Chaney can see the whole field from the box, so he knows where the issue is. If we’re running the same play with our blockers in the same gaps, it’s hard to not expect the same result.
It wasn’t like we missed a block. We had no one assigned to block him. That’s where the problem was.

The same thing happened against oklahoma. Okebanwo (Or whatever his name was) came across the line a couple fo times to make a stop. One, I think was on the goal line. I am guessing here, but I don't think they expect the defensive player can reach the play in time. but yeah....after a while you would think they would correct the problem and see that the unblocked player is fast enough to do it.
That said....that could be fixed by just faking the hand off and the QB could walk into the end zone untouched since the DE has vacated containment. I'm surprised they didn't do that.
