Well, he did leave and he would've been a starter, so at this point I'm not sure what you disagree with. He was happy at UGA, but decided to sit a year? Like I said, I posted last summer that he was a risk to return to UT and that prediction turned out to be correct.

Guessing you didn’t see the video of him and Salyer after the Sugar Bowl.

So, I was right for the wrong reasons? That's always a good fallback argument when things don't go as you expected. Mays walked away from starting to potentially miss a year. I guess you'll buy whatever lie they use to try and get him eligible in 2020 hook line and sinker.

Not too surprising. I mean the only reason he didn’t go to UT in the 1st place is because Butch Jones might be one of the worst coaches to ever coach a P5 program. If a blind monkey was the head coach at UT when Cade was a senior then he would be there.

Edit - Not surprising he is going to UT. Very surprising that he is leaving.

he must have been real unhappy to not want to start at UGA and potentially go pro next year

That an OL looks pissed off on the field and that he must be unhappy with school/coaches/life on campus.

Ben Jones and David Andrews looked/played the exact same way.

He was happy with Pittman. Now there is no Pittman.

I dont think he leaves if Pittman stays.

I think he'd have left no matter what. I also think this has been brewing behind the scenes for a while, which is why I posted that last summer.

ow tf are you blaming this on Luke?

Isn't that how things work around here? Fromm gets shite on so much its no wonder he left. So lets just assign another blame.

Where's that out of?

Also, all these people pissy about Fromm but quiet about Mays? Cade Mays did far more damage to UGA here than Fromm without the payoff.

In reality the damage done on the offensive side is probably going to be a lot more than we think. Where we were playoff contenders if Fromm comes back to losing all this? Will be be favorites in East any more? Damn this sucks arse.

Just because he is in the portal doesn't mean he will transfer. I think it is simple.. he was a kid brought in by Pittman. Luke will have a chance to keep him but who knows. There is obviously going to be some shifting and let's hope its for the best. UGA needs an offensive shakeup especially with the talent coming in. Here is to 2020 and a possible great year!

Maybe he doesn’t leave. Could be a hot headed kid that’ll come to his senses, who the frick knows? Just because you’re in the portal doesn’t mean you’re gone, it means you’re looking for options and the coaches at UGA may prove that this is his best option. Or maybe the coaches didn’t like his attitude and said GTFO. It’ll all come out in the wash and I’m still sayin go dawgs no matter who’s playing. (Speaking in Mays not Cleveland)

He’s going to Tennessee. I think Fromm leaving is a reason why but not the only reason. I wonder if Luke wanting guys to stop weight and play more zone scheme had anything to do with it

frick it, offense was crap last year might as well clean house and rebuild in a new image

play more zone scheme

I thought Pittman had us play zone almost exclusively all year.

Luke looks to want to run more power schemes. At least that was my takeaway from the Sugar bowl
