Gotta upvote you for that...

Korey Foreman has decommit from Clemson, citing distance from home in Cali.

If distance is the reason, probably unlikely that we end up really in the mix, but happy to see any decommitment from the Tigers class generally, given how locked in their recruits typically are after a commitment.

Yeah. I'm not counting Kirby out ever... But I still think it's unlikely IF distance was indeed the driving factor, and not just conflict over desire to take visits.

Didn't he immediately say USC (which makes sense given the distance reasoning) and tOSU (which only makes sense if distance was a BS reason) were the favorites?

Huskies fans are getting really vocal in the replies.
What are our chances here?

On a slightly different topic, Rashod Bateman from Tift. I saw he's getting some love in next year's mocks. Did we try and get in late with him or did we just pass on him early?

Looks like he stuck with Minnesota who was one of the first to offer. UGA along with everyone else offered around the early signing day. Good on him to stick with his pledge and now it's paying off.

Definitely tried, but as mentioned, he stuck with Minnesota. I think they just got another commit from a South Ga. WR the other day. Kid from Moultrie.

Gotta respect a man for keeping his word. Especially in today’s recruiting climate.

It's definitely rare. Good to see that it's working out for the kid. Watched a few of their games last year and he stood out.

I watched one last year, maybe the PSU game and he, the qb, and Winfield definitely stood out. Fleck is building a solid program up there.

Haven't seen it mentioned in regards to specific targets...will the NCAA letting up on entry testing requirements open up some opportunities for a any non-qualifiers?

Last I heard, clearinghouse is waving all testing requirements. Basically as long as you have a 2.3 gpa or higher in your hs core courses, you’re in this year (meaning only the guys who have slept through every class for 3 years of HS have anything worry about and even then they still have a chance to get in)

Not that we were in it as much anymore, but looks like Tarik Black (WR transfer from Michigan) is heading to Texas.
