Wasn’t Bush hurt most of the season?

Yes, groin injury. Missed entire season. Finally got cleared to play against Ga Tech. Made one catch. I assume he did get at least some practice time towards end of season. He was a very speedy guy with height so hopefully the groin issue isn't a recurring problem.

Thanks for the thoughtful answer brother.
Hopefully Kirby has a plan.

Blaylock is a special kid. If anyone can overcome adversity, it's him.
Bush has been injured and needed a year in S&C anyway.
Guys going pro and the Holloman deal haven't helped the situation at receiver. Can't really fault the staff for that, but the past recruiting efforts and development can surely be criticized.
Thinking there's room for 4 in this class and it projects higher than recent ones, but.....
If scheme and fundamentals don't get deserved attention, recruiting won't matter. Of course the offense in place doesn't work and that's been easy to see all year.

Hopefully his injury is good to go, but it was expected that he'd need a year of S&C coming in.

Landers is a senior, right?

It’s not like they didn't target a lot of the right guys...
Jamarr Chase was a realistic target to flip until he got the late LSU offer/attention. Rashod Bateman balled out for Minnesota and unfortunately we were a little too late to get in on him on the heels of a great senior season...
Bigger problems around offensive philosophy and identity, as well as development and strategic use of talents.
I've said it before, but the season long picture would imply that Coley's "players not plays" was simply a veiled reference to an inability to properly game plan or scheme open receivers on a regular basis.
It's not one person's responsibility... Lots of people own a share of the blame. But Kirby has to face the hard realities this off-season no matter what.

What was officially injured on Bkaylock?

JFC. I hope a new OC encourages him to transfer. He never needs to see the field in Athens again. I was crazy off-base when I thought in the off-season that Landers would be a breakout success.

Only signing Jackson and Bush was a mistake. Add in Holloman, swapping Webb to defense from the prior class.
Overall losing Fields, Cox, and Ford didn't help... as well as never getting Nadab.
That's four spots in that class, potentially more, that haven't panned out.

Landers will be senior. He was 2017 class. Per 247
But he could get 5th year because redshirt

Which would make him a red shirt sophomore this year.

Landers is gonna be here for 2 more years. During the off season he needs to hit the weight room and get stronger and work on his mechanics.
