Great performance by the little one there

He might be the prospect I'm most excited for. Match up nightmare especially with George on the perimeter.
I pray whoever is running the offense doesn't underuse this guy.

Dude already looks like he’s 35 years old. LOL
Kinda cool he has a kid already. Means he’s got more to fight for than just accolades and ego, and he’s had to grow up quick and make mature decisions and understands what accountability means.
Can’t wait to see him on the field. He’s going to be such a crazy mismatch no matter who’s covering him.

Kirby he stays on it and never gives up. We Fans have the luxury lose patience with a recruit. Until I hear different I will expect to see Evans in Athens. He looks good out there.

If we don’t get Evans we could be in trouble in a couple years with just Milton as the lead back.
Because the next couple years don’t look like they’re stocked with great RB’s, and the few top rated ones that do exist don’t seem to have interest in UGA as they’re virtually all outside the SEC and 2+ time zones away.
Evans just did an interview admitting he made a mistake and is ready to change his ways and prove he’s mature enough to play for someone.
I don’t know what to make of that. I thought we told him he had a spot and he sent in his LOI.
Does this mean we suddenly pulled the offer over an old issue we already knew about? This just doesn’t make sense.

What you want we are in trouble? Getting Evans was just the cherry on top of a already ready really good RB room. Of course I want Evans as bad as everyone else, but the sky isn't falling if we dont.

Putting 2 and 2 together from several different sites it sounds like he didn’t get the ACT score he needed to EE. Still don’t really understand why he didn’t announce tonight though.

I clearly said in a couple years.
After Zues, Cook, and McIntosh leave for the NFL, and if we didn’t get Evans, our lead back is going to be Milton, and that might be it.
And the 2021 and 2022 recruiting classes do not look that great for RB prospects leanings towards UGA.
We kinda really do need Evans to avoid possible RB quality depth issues a couple years from now. Milton is a stud, but what happens if he’s the best we got in a couple years and he gets hurt?

I find this hard to believe.

I also find this hard to believe. Hard to imagine UGA can't find ONE elite back in 2 years based on what you have seen right now. Pretty sure the staff has proven more than capable of this.

Zues
Why do people keep spelling Zeus this way. Like I am questioning if I am even saying it right now

Players will emerge. It’s impossible to predict that at this point

Great running backs will always want to come to Georgia.

Although, the #1 running back in the country did shed some light on what is going on with his recruitment. When asked where he was at, Zach Evans responded: "I want to first apologize to all of my college coaches and apologize for the things they are hearing. I am really a good kid."
quote:
Deion Sanders went on to say during the interview during the ESPN broadcast, "He's a kid. He did something stupid. He made a mistake and he deserves a second chance."
Quotes from the Evans interview... interesting he said he wants to apologize to all of his college coaches.
Deions quotes makes it seem like it’s something other than bad grades

Just spoke with one of my sources and basically Evans had another run in with his high school coach between signing with us and getting out to UA game. Evan's grades are fine and he will be somewhere within the next week. He signed with us so if we don't accept him then he will enroll elsewhere (probably A&M). Up to Kirby now.
