What the hell is this shite:

In my defense, I did state in my post that I'm torn between 10-2 and 11-1. 12-0 not impossible by any means, but not prepared to state that as my expectation.
I look at the USC, LSU, and AU games as approximately 60/40 propositions (give or take a bit) just due to the first two on the road against better than average teams and AU as probably the best team we'll face in the regular season. Gives me 1.2 losses if I average it out with a little room for unexpected possible misstep hitting 1.5.

Also, if I assume we take a slight step back it's hard to predict a better regular season than last year...

I figured enough people went high that I needed to lean low to account for the difference in opinion.

Appears Lewis Cine is tabling his decision until october per free 247 sports q&a with Cine.

Hate to hear that actually. I'd love to be able to lock him down and get him committed. Looks like that won't happen, though, if he is putting it off until October.

I am beginning to wonder if we might go after another safety, type now. From what I understand, the staff looked at him as a safety that could also slide down to CB if needed, The versatility is a very nice thing.

He's said from the beginning his decision was going to be in October. At least I'm pretty sure that was the case.

He might speed that up if he sees our class getting full though and wants to hop on board before he's left behind.

I’ve been under the impression that Cine is a silent and has always been set to announce on October but the night of the reveal almost made him pull the trigger earlier. If he is set up to do a video as has been reported, could be that he already knows what he’s going to do but Chime In has a schedule of announcements set up and he had already agreed to go public per their timeline

None of that is substantiated, just conjecture on my part

I feel the exact same way.

You could be right. For some reason i was thinking he said August. I may have gotten that impression form some of the "insiders" saying he could commit any day, though. Or, I could have just dreamed it, or hoped it was the case.

I am hoping so. I like Cine a lot, and have heard he could go as a safety or a CB. Tells me he would be a very speedy safety, which is always good to have.

Trent Smallwood, who now works for Rivals, is the infamous BigRedBaller. Working for Rivals means he now gets inside info, but the dude was a fricking hack and stole information to post as his own. Once a shitbag, always a shitbag, in my opinion.

Where is Logan booker these days. I think I remember him as an intern at Bulldawg Illustrated. Where is he at now?

Kid committing on the anniversary of the death of the King...terrible taste.

For the facetiousness impaired, I’m sure the kid has probably never heard of Elvis Presley.

Edit: For the sake of clarity, I meant that the death of Elvis being 8-16 had literally no bearing on the kids chosen date of commitment.
