Both were in his contracts to walk scot-free if either came available. Has been since Utah.

Not surprised to hear that. I read his book and it seemed like he took the Florida job mostly because of his wife and it was the SEC.

Warner and Goldberg signed in the same class. That said, he deserves a suplex losing RM to CUM.

GOOD. Kid is an awesome RB and I understand perfectly why UGA doesn't appeal to him right now, so I want far, far away from the SEC.

Being completely honest I can see him killing it up there at Oregon. He would be a great spread RB

Kid grew up a big Dawg fan and the staff are working him hard to pull a Chauncey Rivers. Mom is open to it, so ... just one to keep an eye on.

He said he had a dream he was coaching at ND but in the dream God told him OSU was his dream job.

Someone on the 247 said that Liberty Cty has an asst coach that is an tOSU alum. It is pretty easy to poison the well when you are standing that close.

Personally, I simply cannot imagine voluntarily agreeing to live for years in Columbus, OH given other options. That place is just, well, meh. Used to visit a friend who was in professional school there while I was in Ann Arbor. Hell, Ann Arbor is 1000x better than Columbus even given the size difference.

Really? I have his book and he mentions in there multiple times about Ohio St. being one of his dream jobs.

Recent tweets seem to suggest UGA has fallen out of the top group for TE Chris Clark. Somewhat surprised by UNC, but we need to get back in the running here. He is a game changer at TE.

quote:

Mike Farrell @rivalsmike
#ND the latest to offer 2015 TE Chris Clark, has family ties. I think they are leader honestly. #Buckeyes, #Michigan, #Vols, #UNC up there.

I think #NotreDame #Buckeyes and #UNC have the edge right now for Under Armour All American TE Chris Clark

Back to Bailey Hockman. I never saw Stafford play as a freshman or sophomore in HS but I imagine the darts he threw were similar to Hockman at the same age. Out of all my years coaching, playing or just watching HS football, I have never seen an arm like his at that age. I hope that our efforts in recruiting Taj and Chuma build the trust with coach Hockman that will be needed in 2-3 years.
