Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but I think our chances with Carter are great. His position coach is Marcus Jackson, a UGA alum and former player. His career was said to be promising before he suffered a blood clot in his brain. He's been in Carter's ear a bit about Georgia, but encourages him to choose the school that he knows is right in his heart.

Was noticing this morning on 247 that UGA has moved up to #2 behind Bama in the rankings

Number 2 right now but we can only take 4-5 more commits so probably going to drop some as the recruiting process moves more toward NSD. Several teams can take a lot more players than Georgia can.

We are pretty much guaranteed to fall behind LSU when all those top players from Louisanna Commit to them. I don't think Bama gonna get them because LSU can guarantee playing time early with all their loses on the roster.

This is very true. But for me, it’s ALL about the average not the total points. We will be fighting Bama, A&M and probably LSU for the #1 spot.
