Don't know if you guys remember last year, but Drake committed to Bama and Davis to UF very early in the process. We ended up with Gurley and Marshall. I'm not worried in the least bit right now.

If the rumor about Bryant is true...I'm TOTALLY fine with that.

Very UGA-positive tweet from Langley to Tyren Jones...said "congrats, maybe you saw something I didn't" in regards to their trip there last week. I wouldn't be surprised if he commits on VID weekend.
Also, we offered Antonio Riles yesterday. A big kid at 6'4" 250.
Alford will be on campus this weekend and is hoping for an offer. If he does, he'll commit pretty much on the spot.
Matthews and Wiggins will be on campus this weekend and the next helping to recruit others on campus.

I'm hearing you guys get Bryant now that Bama got Ty Jones, UGA just needs to make him a priority now and he's yours
Also a side note, I still will believe we land Foster but DixieMafia (one of the trusted insiders on BOL) said UGA and AU are gonna make Bama sweat for him, he said he's not worried yet, but it will be a dogfight, Bama gained huge ground this past weekend, he skipped UF Jr day to go to Bama.

idk how to react to a non inflammatory alabama post. gotta say, i am confused by your tactics. i am just gonna act like a dick until i figure some things out

Just posting what I have heard don't care that it isn't about Bama, don't be a dick. Most ppl on here will tell you I'm a pretty good poster, to all AU, LSU, Arky, UF fans doesn't matter to me, some are here to flame every other fan base, not me. Just trying to give info.
How many commits you guys think you will get this weekend? And from who?

About 25. Just look at the top 25 athletes in the nation; that's who.
But seriously, I could potentially see Seymour, Langley, O'Neal, and Trenton Brown all pulling the trigger over the next 2 weeks. Devine will commit if and when we offer Jeremi Hall and Threatt, as all 3 want to play together and really like UGA. No clue why Hall hasn't been offered yet.

I'd rather him check it out and know whats out there than sign with UGA and always have some sort of regret in the back of his mind. I'm sure his dad feels much the same way

I'm not all that worried, he'll spend the next 2 weekends in Athens and mama wants him at UGA. He might check out Bama, but he's a Dawg.

Didn't want to start another post, but I keep hearing about us gettin hammered by other teams for the top guys.
SIAP, but it seems like we do OK considering we're surrounded by UT, SCe, Clem, FSU, GT, Aub & Bama, 7 solid to great programs...

Can anyone give me the low down on Reginald Carter?
I know he was injured really early this past season, but his sophomore highlights are pretty darn good. I think he'd make a great ILB due to his closing speed, and I assume most colleges are looking at him there.

UGA just offered him and yeah ILB looks to be his spot. He was certainly happy with the UGA offer, but don't know if it means they lead.

Mario Alford has said he would commit on spot if we offer when he visits this weekend. If he does I will be even more confident about Trey since they're cousins (not that I was concerned anyway).

Green said he was offered by the Bulldogs two years ago as a freshman and called a couple of weeks ago to commit to UGA. “They told my coach that they couldn’t honor my commitment because they had Derrick Henry out of Yulee, Fla., and that they could sign only one running back for the 2013 class. They said they could only sign one because they weren’t expecting to get two out of North Carolina for 2012 (Keith Marshall and Todd Gurley). They are only going to sign one for 2013, so they weren’t able to take me.”

If this statement is true...have we learned nothing regarding depth at the RB position!?
