What happened with Young? Came in as a highly ranked corner and couldn't cover well enough to see the field as nickle or safety. Or maybe just injuries.

Young had a pretty disastrous injury in game 2 of the 2020 season and never fully got back to full strength.
Without signing anyone else but Perkins, A&M is still 9 over the 85 player limit.

Young is only a loss in people's eyes because he was a 5*. He hadn't shown all that much on the field. I wouldn't expect to lose anyone that gets high reps. Just depth that is being replaced.
