My favorite thread on there was the Realignment Not Going Away thread.
It began under the hope that the Big 12 would poach FSU (ha!), and devolved over the years into every single insecurity that sips and sooners had to face as it became obvious that not only did we outright win in the whole realignment struggle, but there is no way to fix to the Big 12 to ever get it back to even near the state it was in before realignment and the chances they did have (like maybe adding Louisville instead of TCU or BYU instead of West Virginia on an island) were squandered because Deloss treated the Big 12 like his personal playtoy. So many tears on that thread, and I had so many debates under the persona of a sock where I injected even more insecurity into the conversation.
Eventually I snapped out of it and realized how much of my time I was wasting on that thread drinking their tears, plus my own immense knowledge of the subject and media tiers and all that shite had me sounding like the Duke anytime I engaged with the subject so I quit.
But I won't ever forget the day it was clear that the ACC signed a GOR, or the day that the Big 12 decided not to expand, or the day when sooners finally figured out that they basically lost realignment (took them years). Good times.
