Great test coming on Tuesday, should tell us a lot about if that's possible.

Impressive win. The defense just killed Georgia tonight. It was a little bizarre that Georgia played very little zone. The Ags beat the shite out of Georgia and their refs. Some truly stupid calls by the officials, they did their best to try and get Georgia back in it. I bet Miller wanted to murder them after the game.
Also nice to see Eubanks finally get to play and knock down a corner three for his first shot.

If we hold serve against UK and LSU at home, its more likely than not that we will IMO.
The bigger question now is how high a seed can we get? If we finish say, 26-4 (16-2) and win at least a couple games in the SEC tournament, do we get a 2 seed?

We are in the run for a 1 seed if we go 16-2 and win the conference tournament

I think we would have to lose only 1-2 more games total (season and tournament) to get a one seed. They will punish us for playing in the SEC.
Posted on 1/16/16 at 9:40 pm to Roger Klarvin
Yea. And even then we probably wouldn't end up with a 2 seed. But if we go 16-2, I think we get a 2 seed regardless of the tournament

5 teams ahead of us lost this weekend. Could we be in Top 10 when AP comes out?

It would depend on who we lost to and where.

Let's take a look.
14-Kentucky beat Mississippi State, lost to UR Auburn
13-Virginia beat 8-Miami
12-Providence beat Creighton, lost to UR Seton Hall
11-West Virginia beat #1 Kansas, lost to #2 Oklahoma
10-SMU beat East Carolina, plays Tulane tomorrow (lone unbeaten)
9-Duke lost to Clemson and Notre Dame
8-Miami lost to Virginia and Clemson
All of the other teams above us have better records.
I see us passing up, at a minimum, Kentucky, Providence, Duke, and Miami. It's possible we pass SMU and it's possible we pass Virginia.
At best, we'd be 9th. At worst, 12th.

Probably not since Iowa beat Michigan State this week.

I say will be 11th with Iowa passing us.

I'll be honest, "Billy Kennedy's top-10 A&M squad" isn't a sequence of words that I ever thought would ever be brought together.
