I've heard a lot of rumors, never seen anything confirmed but I also am a firm believer in "if there's smoke, there's a fire" (cough)olemiss(cough). And there's been a lot of "smoke" about this dude over the years.
I've heard he was barred from sporting events as a journalist by the athletic department, cornered the (was it a guy who went to UCLA?) recruit in the bathroom, and had the guy go to OU instead of us when he was heavily leaning our way at first. If any of that is true, he should've been gone a long time ago.
Him and Liucci both act like 10 year olds, only difference is Liucci is the textbook definition of the ultimate sunshine pumper, whereas it sounds like (wouldn't know for sure as I don't have a 24/7 subscription) that Hamm was the ultimate potbanger.

Supposedly, he posted something that implied that either our coaching staff was deliberately and incompetently lazy or t.u. was paying players.

I do not follow him but I glanced at Hamm's twitter today after someone else mentioned it, and he has been throwing all kinds of recruiting stuff out, things that look more like stuff he would have done VIP for. Guess he is trying to show he still has his connections and lining up another job somewhere.

His twitter feed has been pretty entertaining. He would be "HIGHLY" interested in working for Texags if the opportunity came up, because he respects their quality. Now.
But I will give the guy credit for staying on the grind and not missing a beat on the teenage boy scene.
