Some good thoughts needed

Supposed to be on a week vacation at the lake with 4 different families.
Last night my wife suffered a bad multi bone break in her ankle with a dislocation. It was pretty gnarly and she was obviously in a good bit of pain.
We’ve spent the day with an ortho consult, CT, and pre op meetings. Tomorrow sometime she will be under the knife in order to place the required pins/ plates.
Wish it was me instead of her.

Hell of a vacation! I cannot stand seeing a family member hurt, and I imagine you're about the same. I hope it all works out for you and the missus soon.

Thanks everyone. The CT showed the best possible prognosis and the surgery went off with a hitch.
