They could have called it before it even started. This is the least surprising news ever.

The only way that happens is if Hillary is indicted between now and election day and Sanders is the Dem. nominee. Sorry.

As Bush & Cruz are in a tie for 3rd/4th.

Pretty impressive for Cruz.

On the one hand, I wonder what Cruz could have done if he'd made a big play for NH, but ultimately I don't think he would have risen any higher than 2nd.

Having this 3rd place finish (effectively) spending so little money is probably as big a media boost as he would have gotten having finished 2nd.

And he's well positioned for SC.

Its so close he still might finish as low as 5th.

Regardless he's over 10 and the 3-5 are all fairly close. It might help momentum a little, but the South is where Cruz should start making his move.

I fully expect Carson to get out (should help Cruz) and Christie likely out too (Should help Kasich & Bush). Things should get interesting.

And Fiorina SHOULD get out, but I think she lumbers on at least to SC.

I like how Super Tuesday is now SEC Tuesday!

Any Longhorn, Red Raider, and Rape-Enabler Baylor Bear who is following the elections is probably tired of hearing it already.

Not sure if this was announced last night but it looks like Christie is stepping back and possibly stepping out. I think he would be a solid VP for Cruz

it's super impressive for Cruz. NH is one of the most liberal states and real conservatives never come out on top there. the fact that he beat Christie, Bush and kinda Rubio is impressive. especially when you look at the money. If Cruz can win SC, i think there's a strong chance he takes Trump all the way.

SC is more similar in very conservative (~35%) and evangelical (~65%) to Iowa.
