He cannot call his way out of a wet paper bag. But he’s the best we will ever do. Let that sink in.

Agreed.

It's time to quit spending and just give it up already.

Jeez.

If we can't get it done after all this spending, it ain't ever gonna happen. Enough is enough.

Because you can’t contain your melting down to a single thread I guess I’ll respond here. Jimbo can coach, he can recruit, he can scheme…. But he probably isn’t the best game day coach.

I think he needs to hire an OC and give them actual play calling duties, and we would be a better team and more competitive for it.

Will never happen. See you in 2032 if I'm still alive.

Give him an ultimatum, and he can leave if he doesn't like it.

Make Elko the HC and double his pay if Jimbo walks.

Why would he leave? He can sit on his arse and chew gum and we still have to pay him. Aside from maybe violating a morals clause buried deep in his contract we have to pay him no matter what.

And pay him $90m to walk?

$100M wasted is worth $100 M worth of melt, and I plan on getting my moneys worth.

What you said makes absolutely no sense. You contend that Jimbo is great at absolutely everything, except for when it counts. Do you realize how retarded that sounds?

Jimbo needs to take a long look in the mirror about his role the playcaller.

You need to chill the f*ck out

What I said makes perfect sense. There are many factors to coaching and not many coaches are great at all aspects of them. I still believe he is good at many aspects of coaching, but actual calling plays during a game he is not. Great thing is that’s an easy fix, hire a good OC and let jimbo manage other parts of the game. Many (most even) programs do it.

And what makes you think that will ever happen?

No. It's not an easy fix. Jimbo is not going to give up play calling. He has no reason to do so. We can't make him. We gave him $100m and told him he gets whatever he wants whenever he wants. That means if he wants to call plays he gets to call plays. We can't influence him to do otherwise b/c we moronically guaranteed the full deal. This isn't like with Mike Sherman where we told him get an OC who calls plays or else. We have zero leverage.

Look if Fisher cannot win with Weigman then we know he is a failure. Until then, Fisher is dealing with a mental midget for a QB

Ahh but here's the rub. The excuses for next year are already built in. I can see the headlines at TexAgs at this time next year.

"We lost too much on defense, had to break in a new QB, and had a very hard schedule. Can't expect much more than 8 wins with all that going against us. '23 is setting up nicely to be THE year though if some things break our way with recruiting and if the players develop like we think they will. STAY TUNED FELLAS, WE'RE JUST GETTING THIS RODEO STARTED!!!"

It's too bad A&M let this happen. Michigan told Harbaugh to back off and look what finally happened for them.
