aTm should be really good every year - you always have good talent

sure, there is a talent gap between y'all and Alabama, but it is not as wide as it used to be

you pull KY from the East; which makes the conference schedule as easy as it can be; but Clemson is a brutal OOC game and a big early test

I see 5 games that I would call "toss up" or "likely loss" - Clemson, Bama, USCe, Aub & LSU

my prediction is 9-3 - losses to Clemson, Bama & Aub - finally getting the LSU monkey off your back

I could also see you pulling off an emotional win against Bama & losing the USCe game a few weeks later (I see the 'Cocks as a solid team that is much improved and maybe having a shot to take the East)

fwiw - I have mixed up emotions - on the one hand, I really like the Aggies (I have ever since I saw your team in person in the early 80's in Athens)

on the other hand, I am not so fond of Jimbo

but I like aTm more than I dislike your coach - so gig 'em

At first I thought it would be like a 7-5 type season, but I have a feeling it’s going to be more like 6-6 or 5-7 tbh.

8-4

losses to clemson, bama, and two of @auburn/@USC/@State.

LSU will be lucky to win 8 games and they know it

They return more producers than anyone in the conference.

No way.

I think you are trying to troll us into posting embarrassingly optimistic predictions.

6-6 is my prediction.

We’re transitioning into a new, much more complex offense. We have mediocre QBs. We have a sketchy O-line. We knew all of these things would be issues and they were glaring in the spring game.

I’m bullish on Jimbo long term. He’s recruiting to solve the problems. But I think this coming season will be like Mike Sherman’s first year, except hopefully we don’t lose to an Arkansas State-level program.

State returns a lot. Is feel a lot better about us if we didn't have our worst offensive line in years

I’m happy with a bowl. Our schedule is fricking brutal.

nah

I see 10-2 as a ceiling (and highly improbable) and 7-5 as a floor

I do not hate or even dislike State, but I have to see it to believe it before I get bullish on them; especially with them losing one of their best coaches in program history

and yes, your schedule is fierce

gets even harder in 2019 with us replacing USCe and y'all having to travel to Clemson

oops, I knew that (or should have known)

meant Kentucky

your schedule next year will be the toughest one you've had since you joined the conference (based on how good Clemson and UGA have both gotten recently and based on the fact that your OOC HAD been pretty soft based on Big 12 teams shunning you and y'all having to scramble to schedule OOC games for a few years)

Is it sad that I care more about the signing day in December than the football season?

I am just ready to get the party started.

3-0 vs shite ooc
0-2 vs Bama & Clemson
5-2 vs the rest. Ole Miss, South Carolina, Arkansas, & Kentucky as the most likely wins. Auburn & Ms State as the most likely losses. LSU is a toss up imo.

The schedule is top heavy, but the rest is winnable.

OOC besides Clemson, Ole Miss and LSU all auto wins, sneak one other win in, 6-6

8-4 is the ceiling.

Anything more than that and we're going to act a plumb fool.

Well, more of a plumb fool than we usually do, that is

Why wouldn’t we care? Recruiting is probably 50% if winning.
