There needs to be a quota on Yankees and Californians. And they need to sign a promissory note not to vote for Democrats. I fricking hate carpetbaggers.

In the last election Beto won the native Texan vote, Cruz got the new resident vote. People move here to be with conservatives, it kind of makes logical sense.

Lol sorry, just wanted to clarify with some info I had seen since I hear that sentiment all the time, I won’t keep it going. Thanks for the downvotes ¯\_(?)_/¯

Really excited for buzz, hopefully it’s official this week?

No worries on my end. I was just playing mostly (though I agree with cardboard)

But since we're all here, let's talk about next year's roster. I think we have 6 scholie players likely returning.

1. Starks (JR)
2. Flagg (JR)
3. Chandler (SO)
4. Mitchell (SR)
5. Walker (SO)
6. Nebo (SR)

Am I missing anyone? Then there is Gilder. I have no idea his plans but he would be a huge add. I think all of our signees have been released (but may come back if Buzz wants them).

And here's the transfer portal

And of course the Grad Transfer market will be hot as always. WCA mentioned Kerry Blackshear (is he for sure graduating?). He'd be a great fit based on need and obviously would slip right into Buzz's system.

In fact, get Blackshear and Gilder and that on paper looks like a S16 roster.

I think the transfer portal changes the game for college basketball and make it basically a free agent market for programs experiencing coaching changes.

And I think the official comments from the Virginia Tech AD means he knows it’s over:

quote:

Babcock expressed a desire to keep Williams around for a long time, but his comments indicate that he understands there is a chance he could be looking for a new coach this offseason.

All you Californians just carry bags of dicks around or something?

Because here in Texas, we carry bags of these...

this is from arkansas' main 247 guy. tmc get ITT
quote:

Porter Moser. Guy told me he's said to be 'in deep with Arkansas.' Not that he's the hire, but that he's in the mix in some capacity. The guy that told me that is a really good non-Arkansas source that has been accurate in the past, but he got it from someone else and I don't know who that someone else is, and he couldn't tell me. He called them 'reliable,' but that is too many channels and unknowns for me to 'report.' So to be clear again, this is rumor mill, not something I'm reporting to be strongly accurate.

Really one great year to speak of but it was a hell of a year, going to the Final Four last year with Loyola-Chicago.

At this point it is Sampson, Musselman or Marshall. Not looking good on Sampson and Musselman is probably the safe bet. Flight tracking has hyped up the Marshall rumors.
