This game “concerns” me. Not necessarily because of any pig related football results, but purely because I don’t want to get trolled on my home board by DrRC. Also, losing to a really bad Arkansas team, coached by aggy Chad and ending an impressive win streak while being the massive favorite is the definition of aggy.

Hogs will play inspired football, like they usually do in this game. Will be a tight game in the 4th quarter.

Then our defense will stop a potential go ahead Arkansas drive. We will then immediately hit some kind of big play, like an 80 yard TD pass to put the game away.

Or we will in it overtime. I've seen that scenario play out a time or too, also.

They are essentially ULM with a decent D-Line. It's a de facto home game because they won't have fans there. We are weak in the secondary but they have the worst receivers of any team we will play this season, with the possible exception of UAB. Their O-Line is hot garbage and they have a noodle armed QB constantly running for his life. Their RB wouldn't have cracked the 4 deep here if he would have been able to stay eligible.

But they are Arkansas and we are their Super Bowl so we only win 45-14.

I really don’t get the hand-wringing over this one. This version of Arkansas is an order of magnitude worse than any we faced under Bielema. Even the 2012 team under JLS had a good amount of NFL talent and was just really dysfunctional.

I’m not entirely sure they’re a better team than ULM. I legitimately wonder if there is a single FBS conference they’d finish better than .500 in.

They can play as mad and motivated as they want, they’re still awful and gonna lose by 25-30 points. Auburn had their worst showing at home in over two years and still won by 31. How bad do you have to be to outgain a team by 80 yards and lose by 5 scores?

Looking at their schedule, best case scenario is 4-8 if they can beat OM and Vanderbilt at home. Both teams have looked much better than Arkansas at times.

2-10 with one FBS win is a distinct possibility. They’ll go down as one of the worst SECW teams in history. If this game is even in question in the 4th we have problems.

Don't laugh but I don't know how to post anything other than 'typing' on here. Happy to get on the sig pic...If I knew how to do it?

Yes...I'm kinda worthless at some things.

Ask 2013 Florida. They only allowed Missouri 192 total yards of offense, yet lost 42-13.

The special teams had one of the worst showing in college football history. The offense wasn't good but played fairly well in regards to the previous week and the defense it was up against. Our defense has actually been fine to this point. Auburn would have won by 50 if we had our same defense as last year.

I expect the game to stay within 14-21 points for most of it but A&M to close it off completely in the 4th and win by 24-28 points.

Yeah that was really one of the strangest score lines given the stats, and if we win I don’t think it will be by 24-28. This game will be much closer than that. Maybe 7-10 pts?

I highly doubt we lose the bet, so I really wouldn’t worry about it until after Saturday.
