I'm starting to think that we need to ritually sacrifice John Sharp and Rick Perry to turn the corner in athletics. We should probably throw Xin Pubes in there for good measure for reasons.

I hope Von was a freakishly good game. 2 sacks, a FF, and a key stop on 4th down. Having him be the only defender with 2 super bowl MVPs would be outstanding.

Didnt realize he was coaching there, thought he was still with the Bengals to be honest. Polarizing figure around A&M fans, lot of people credit him with the successful O-lines of Sherman's tenure, but his results werent as great when he returned for Sumlin.

We didnt participate in football post season on a technicallity of not having enough players for a game. The team was good enough to qualify so theres that....

It’s really weird to me how bad they’re melting down. I do root for our guys to do well in the NFL (I’m happy Von gets a second ring now) but I’m not THAT invested. Someone on the lsu board said “I’m literally crying for him [burrow]”….. wtf?

When was the last time that every A&M team failed to make the postseason in the same academic year?
Soccer - No tournament
Volleyball - No tournament
Football - No bowl
Men's Basketball - projected to miss all tournaments
Women's Basketball - projected to miss all tournaments
Softball - currently 5-0, but not likely to make a regional
Baseball - not likely to make a regional
Will we even crack the top 50 in the Directors Cup?
Soccer - No tournament
Volleyball - No tournament
Football - No bowl
Men's Basketball - projected to miss all tournaments

The women's bball team is on the bubble. A few wins and we'll be in easily.
The softball team made it last year and are off to a good start very early. No reason to write them off yet.
Baseball hasn't even started yet.
