I’ve litigated flood claims. I’ve litigated loss of business claims. I know from personal experience insurance companies are not afraid to litigate even possibly speculative damges claims for business loss. I’ve handled several.
I don’t give two fricks about what A&M or any other cocksmoker taught you about corporate risk management. I’ve been there and done that, and while I agree it’s a good idea, it also gives the uninformed a false sense of security that will never exist for them. I also don’t care what you think is in the policies I’m guessing you sell or that you have purchased. It never means what you think it does, as I’ve been there and done that too.

Maybe it's just my ire towards Buzbee from the start of this year still talking but am I wrong to think that it sounds like this woman was possibly a hooker that he tried to get out of paying? I mean... their only possible connection seems to be her work as a part time court reporter, she looks like she might be on meth, and she trashed his house as if she were a wild banshee... Her reaction seems rather extreme for a simple case of jilted lover.

According to her LinkedIn page, she is a freelancing court reporter.
She's probably a gold digger who uses her "job" in order to meet rich men. It's kinda smart on her part if you think about it. Being at a courtroom and looking at dockets is a smart way to find out who is involved in multi-million dollar lawsuits.

My thread on tRant was basically a way for everyone to praise Greg then we hired him as the DC then they get it thrown back in their face if they try to shite on it.
