I up voted to counter it.

It's all good

Actually I figured out how to change an upvote to a downvote and vice versa. Just click the opposite icon/voting block and refresh the page (or if on a phone, it'll refresh itself).

At least that's how it works on my android

Can't believe it's been that long. I was 11 years old and I didn't really understand the significance at the time, but looking back it was one of the few times I've ever seen my dad cry. He was a yellowpot back in the day and it really hit him hard.

Never forget.

Same.

Actually it was the first time I'd ever seen him cry.

I cant believe it has been 15 years. I fell asleep watching ferris beullers day off in my room that night or else i would have been on stack. The combined band c.o. Had told us not to go out but i was planning on going anyway. It is a yough day every year.
My prayer is the God heals and supports all thise affected by that night physically emotionally and spiritually.

Here.

What will always get me is that there were exactly 12 people who perished.

12.

The biggest number in Texas A&M tradition.

My brother was in school during that time, and had helped on build the previous 2 years. We didn't know if he was helping that year or not and it was a pretty crazy morning with all the phone calls from family until we got a hold of him.

15 years. They went by in a blink of an eye.

Me and my best friend (we happened to be Crew Chief Brothers) poured out our Fish year ashes at the site after the Texas game. We had an NBC film crew film us doing it, and after we were done we politely asked them to delete the tape. After about 5 minutes of somewhat tactful prodding, they actually did delete it in front of us.

One of the few times a news crew did right by that story and the only time I was perfectly willing to go to jail on an assault charge had they not deleted it.

We had a rough couple of years.

1996-1997: Lost the outhouse
1997-1998: Zach Washburn basically crippled in a car accident
1998-1999: Dorm 9 fire
1999-2000: Bonfire collapse, Clay Kennedy killed in Osprey crash
