With Texas A&M’s success this season it may be much more difficult to raid them. Auburn will be much more fertile hunting grounds.

The last LSU coach who had to start from scratch made it to the SEC championship game the first season, and had a Heisman winner the next

How’d that end?

Because the players have figured out they have someone about as mature as they are coaching the team

Booster money. If they are willing to pay it, why are you so salty?

Money talks, bullshite walks. These fricking kids will take a payday tomorrow if Lane offers. That the world we live in now.

With all the stuff yall are paying off it is not reasonable to think you can go out and buy all the OM players you want. This whole situation is a big hit financially.

At every school the people paying out he big NIL bucks are the same people paying the coaching staff buyouts.

By the time LSU pays BK, Woodward, BK's staff, and Kiffins buyout for leaving OM you are looking at $70 million. That ain't pocket change even for billionaires.

The NCAA should establish a rule that says no coaching changes until after the season. It ruins everything.

That's not the point, I was addressing this:

Looks like he’s going to have to start from scratch.

It was a great start from scratch.

Per sources, there are several players who do not want Kiffin to coach them in the playoffs if he has agreed to a deal with LSU. I think it is safe to say that there is division in the locker room right now.

So several players are apparently causing division and tRant braintrust has decided that means no one wants to play for Lane.
