The NWS CoCoRaHS report ending around 7:00 AM today (Sept. 26) shows 0.00 inches at every reporting gauge in Gainesville—including stations 0.5 N, 0.9 WSW, 1.7 SE, 2.4 SW, 5.4 W, etc.
Gainesville Regional Airport did register a trace of precipitation overnight, but not enough to measure to 0.01”. The airport observations from this morning through early afternoon show no additional rain.
So for practical purposes: 0.00” measurable rain in Gainesville during the past 24 hours, with perhaps a few overnight drops.
