He signaled safety but he did make it to the one where his progress was clearly stopped. State playing hard!

So if he had been spun like that, not tackled, and gained 10 yards, they still would've said he was originally stopped at the 1? Refs just make up all kinds of things regarding forward progress.

Surely this gets overturned he broke the tackle and made a football move to continue running and was tackled by a different player that’s a safety. If the first defender had held on then it would have been forward progress at the 1
