HIGHLY unlikely and not what I experienced.

I made a list of 5 lawyers and went by their office. Set an appointment to meet. That first appoint was completely free. If a second was needed they charged. My retainer fee was $3500.

Remember the first consolation if free. I would interview at least 3 lawyers before making a decision. Just a word to the wise, wait until you have at least 10-15 questions for you lawyer before calling them. They typically charge by the hour with a 30 minute minimum.

If you have kids, they are always the biggest losers in a divorce. If you were in Tyler, Texas I would point you to hire Michael Jarrett.

Its sad....but when you do put her down at the vet, make sure you and your wife are with her when she is put down. Rub on her and pet her head and she drifts off.
