How would the 2011 21-0 Alabama and LSU teams do this year

Not really, either team would likely go undefeated this year.
A Les miles offense sucks, but I do miss a Les yards O line sometimes

I would love to see those defenses play this era, both teams had great secondary’s

They would be ranked maybe 4 and 5 behind Georgia and Miami.
Texas is slightly better on D and around the same on offense.
Georgia is all around better on offense worse on defense.
Miami has offensive concepts that would destroy Saban/Chavis. (Brandon Weeden was the biggest threat they played. Now go up against Darian Mensah and Malachi Toney.

The DL/LB of those teams would confuse the absolute hell out of modern offensive linemen

Contrary to popular opinions around here, just like the 1921 Sewanee team I think they’d have a little issue with offenses these days. Things have changed on offense so much I think they’d probably still win but give up a lot more points

Let's add.... The 40 time may be worse for 2011, but the shuttle and the three cone times were better.
Basically every defensive front would be facing an ol line that is 30 lb heavier on average and faster in all meaningful situations.
Mass moves mass.

Because you'll never see a championship game like that again.
Just insanely overpowered defenses coupled with large fast o lines.
