Are you sure???
Not a terrible post, but it seems like the whole point of this post is to say how incredible UGA's class is.

Relative to previous standards, A- or B+, which is still fantastic.

Surtain going to Bama really hurt an already mediocre class.

C-
No CBs or QBs really hurt us. Hopefully we don't have any injuries at those 2 positions.

Of course, it is and it's not like 90% of the people here haven't already sucked Kirby off for it anyway.
I haven't and I won't. Who knows what happens tomorrow and the day after etc. Life doesn't normally play out in a linear manner.

Its tough for Gamecock fans. On the one hand, overall, this class has the 2nd highest average recruit rating that we have had since 247 started dolling out such ratings.
On the other, we were in the lead group for a handful of bluechip DL prospects and walked away with one DE and one DT.
Overall, realistically. B

Jimbo kept us out of a major lag so I’m saying a solid B.
We may crack the top 15 if things fall our way. For a short cycle and missing a staff when early signing happened this is as good as I could have hoped.

F. How did we do so poorly landing in-state talent?

D+ luckily we didn’t have many scholarships to give away.

I give Moorhead and company a solid B+. He was able to get what he had to have for 2018 which is an immediate impact at the WR position even though Mullen went after them after he left. Considering the fact that he and his primary recruiter came from well outside our established recruiting radius under Mullen, they did a good job in my opinion.
Looking forward to seeing how the 2019 class will look, but for now I'm most excited about getting to spring practice and see what they do on the field.

Our only real hope at this point is to petetion the SEC to let us join the West, now that Georgia is tilting the power to the East.
