So some pretty good programs have processed him without even taking his commitment.
Hopefully he figures things out and utilizes his talent

If Antonio Brown ever had a clone... Good luck to the young man and to his future school. Both will need it...

Well, the rhetoric on this subject seems a bit overdone. I don't know what all has taken place with Evans, but what is public doesn't seem to rise to the level of condemnation I'm reading here. College teams have historically accepted plenty of players (or coaches) with bad behavior on their records, including various forms of violence and multiple run-ins with the law. They've found ways to keep players with bad behavior in school and on the team, or accepted them as transfers, and those acts were often committed by young men several years older and supposedly more mature than Evans.

Good luck to us all I guess, we're gonna need it.

UGA never gave up on Evans. When he was informed that he couldn't EE Evans asked to be released from the LOI. UGA released him but, reportedly, never stopped communicating. I don't think that Evans can sign another LOI. If not, he will agree to show up on a campus in June.

I don't know of anything that Evans has done all that bad other than jerk off a bunch of fanbases.

The biggest worry about Evans is that he doesn't even like playing football, and has no NFL aspirations at all. That's unusual for a kid with his level of talent. Read this, and his recruitment makes a lot more sense.

He's playing everyone against one another

I hope he goes to ole miss over tamu. Ole miss isn't a threat to LSU and never will be. If he goes somewhere else other than LSU, I hope he goes there.

Yeah, I put that article in the first post of the original Evans recruitment thread I started last summer that reached about 1000 posts. It had so much trolling in it I asked for it to be nuked and LSU Patrick created a new one. Then people started making a new Evans thread just about every time he's contradicted himself or doubled down on causing trouble for himself.

He silently committed to us on his OV. Then he told us he was gonna sign with us and sent his LOI to Georgia.

After the whole fiasco he called and basically Orgeron said they had 3 other RBs that they offered and he was gonna honor his word but at the time Zach didn’t have an offer. Evans actually responded to that better than you would think but the books out on this kid. No one wants to waste a scholarship on a kid that will likely be on campus for less than a year.

Georgia seems like the best bet. They don’t have any glaring needs and can afford to take a flier on him with his talent.

I’ve posted the same thing about Evans on this board multiple times-
He’s one of the best highschool players I’ve ever seen but I will bet anything that he doesn’t finish school where he starts.

Thuga will take him. If not then OM. After all the rhetoric of Kirby can't coach but he can recruit/ he squanders talent, that man is desperate to win it all. Hopefully this contributes to some sort of implosion.

Talking out your arse about a man you know nothing about and passing it as fact while on a forum where it has been repeatedly mentioned not to troll...we have a winner here. Pos

Usually bashing a kid that you have never met based solely on rumors is indicative of that said person’s character

I read the whole thing, but I missed this part. Mind copying and pasting it for me? I keep looking at the article and don't see what you are saying.

I saw where he has three Pool Balls tattooed on his arm. One with the #3 on it for his HS number, and two blank ones that are waiting to have the numbers from college and NFL on it. That says he does have aspirations to play pro ball to me.

The only other thing I saw was that he did not watch NFL games and not many college games....did not see where it said he does not like to play.....except maybe as a kid?

Is this what you are basing it off?

If he’s really being honest, Evans’ opinion of the game growing up couldn’t have been lower.

“I hated it,” Evans said. “I didn’t see why everybody liked it.”
