Lol @ any team having better players than Bama. LSU's better players got their shite pushed in the championship game. The talent levels didn't look comparable as far as line play or QB play.

Bama's offensive talent has been miles ahead of LSU since Saban arrived. Andre, Carpenter, Julio, Ingram Richardson have all gone 1st rd.

Miles has not recruited one player on offense who has been a top 50 pick. Hell Ruben Randle barely made the 2nd rd.

All of Lsu's highly talented players are on defense and honestly Bama defensive players have been better outside of CB.

I know Lsu has recruited some good Dlineman, but Bamas have been better since Saban has been at Bama

Saban has better players. m'keh Les wins 50% of them. Explain how.

Must be the coaching, unit coaching, strength coach, and the spirit of the team.

What offensive players has miles recruited that have been been slam dunk studs.

Honestly its part if the reason LSU has had mediocre offense.

Saban had way more talented offensive players in his time at Bama and while he was at LSU. Russell, Bowe, Addai Buster Davis were all 1st Rd talents. Miles hasn't recruited at that level of offensive personnel.

If by way more you mean 1 or 2, then ok.

Guess what, no one thinks much of Bammer's offense either.

I don't get the hype of LSU being #1. But I guess it will make the fall more fun to watch.

please explain?

What makes more sense Bama losing 9 on defense and their running back and receivers. That sounds more like the number one team right? Duron Carter whose never played a snap also deserved to be 2nd team all SEC in the magazines

Honestly the only class that Miles has out recruited Saban is 2010 class. 09, 2011, 2012 all go to Saban. 09 you could call a push. Sabans 08 class was an all time great.

LSU hasn't had any elite offensive players and that's where the talent difference has showed.

Que some random tiger bringing up miles is .500 against Saban lol. Miles was .500 against Nutt until last yr.

Arky and Ole miss play above their heads vs LSU. LSU manages to do the same vs Bama.

LSU fans were laughing at a post I made about Bama being deeper and more talented.. Am I missing something?

Bama's got more talent, but only by an inch. The difference is Bama's coaches develop talent better.

I think Bama has a decided offensive personnel advantage. LSU fans will tell you their offensive line talent is equal or close, but its not. They will rave about all of these B level Rbs, but non are special. Bama WR were behind last yr with no Julio, but Saban went and signed a sick WR class.

You will here a lot of false Bravado up until game, but after being thoroughly dominated at every position they know what's up.

If it hasn't been on par, it's been pretty damn close. You don't get wins on the field against Nick Saban without having equal talent, or great coaches with a little less talent. It seems like Les Miles recruits players to fit the systems LSU runs, whereas Nick Saban recruits players that will fit the NFL mold (although, they obviously fit his syetems as well).

Either way, they're both recruiting very well. There's not much of a difference at all.

The only thing that's given Alabama an offensive advantage over LSU the past couple years is quarterback play. Jarrett Lee finally gave them some above average play this year before Les Miles' man-crush of Jordan Jefferson got the best of him. It's pretty much a given every year that LSU will have a solid offensive line, deep set of backs, and playmakers at wide-out.

All you ever do is trash LSU. I'm not sure what your problem is. Reid is the only thing about LSU you seem to not despise in the last 5 years.

What was untrue even when Bama has a far superior team LSU has managed to make the game close or steal a win. In 08 LSU was 3-5 in the SEC, but it took an 8-0 Bama to OT. They played the best game of the year against Bama. Same Scenario in 2009 when Bama won the nattty. In 2010 they were able to steal a win when Bama had a far more talented team. 2011 they stole one as well with an inferior team, but order was restored in January.

It's the LSU superbowl much like the LSU game is the Arky superbowl.

I don't even know why you claim to be a Vandy fan. You suck Alabama's dick more than most Alabama fans on here.
