Maybe this is true but I would be hesitant to quote a twitter account started a two weeks ago that features 16 followers.

Could explain why A&M continues to recruit that position hard in the portal, they've landed some good ones.

hope he gets the help he needs. mental health seems to be the most overlooked issue in society these days.

What happened? They told him he would have to eat more and work out harder to get bigger bc he would get broken in half by sec defenses? The guy looks like a refugee.

No one is really saying much. The Tech fans are painting him as a spoiled lazy headcase with zero work ethic and low rent entourage sucking up his NIL dollars.
They are a bit butthurt however that he left. There is something going on as he was a 5 star generational talent per everyone that watched him but he was barely utilized at Tech and I doubt it was because he was being brought along slowly.
I just hope the folks at our collective didn't give him upfront money. I doubt they did because Big Walt Nolan had to hand back/forfeit a big chunk of his NIL when he went shopping for bids and left for Ole Miss.

Tales of him being high maintenance and a headcase have been around since high school if you look hard enough.

Yeah, I remember them.
Interestingly, the major Tech money guy Clay Campbell had a nice post online saying Hudson did not have any extraordinary deal at Tech and Tech actually offered more than A&M for him to stay but he needed to get closer to home. Maybe the kid is really suffering.

Rumors swirling now that he’s back in Lubbock and possibly returning to Tech. What a weird situation.

Tech has been extremely aggressive this cycle with NIL. Personally I don't see the appeal of Lubbock.

Hudson and Reed got into a fight because of Hudson missing voluntary workouts.
Wish Hudson well wherever he goes but I doubt any SEC teams will put up with the BS.

Reed is that Dude, glad to see him taking a leadership role and holding guys accountable. It one thing for coaches to tell players stuff but when team leaders bring the heat its on another level imo. Tech can have him back.

Imagine this scenario in the future where the school and NIL collective own the rights that the kid.
Not only does the kid not get paid. But he cannot go somewhere else unless the other school buys out his contract and NIL are paid back.
That will quickly fix this.
