A team from Florida should easily have a top 3 class yearly. Too much talent in Florida. South Florida alone is a beast with the athletes down there. Like Texas the instate teams need to seal the border.

Three major schools in state. Every SEC and ACC program come after the state. Same reason Texas doesn't always have number 1 classes. It's tough. I think we get a top five next class. Getting 1 or 2 will take an elite recruiter and bags of money like Georgia. I'd rather stay away from the obvious pay for play style it will crash down eventually on them.

This is easily my favorite from TJ in this entire thread. He was so happy about recruiting even though everyone was saying it was too early.
Now FSU has failed to recruit a Quarterback in back to back years and only has one scholarship Quarterback.
They're literally looking at one of their DBs to be a QB.

Spurrier, Urban and Muschamp all produced top 3 classes
including number 1's.
Were they handing out "bags of cash"? "Pay for play"?
