And his mom still wants him at AU and she still has to agree if he does not pick AU.
She justs wants to be sure she gets to keep her house when he picks Bama

You're better than this

Meh. We are loaded either way, but I would be willing to bet he stays at AU. I am fine with that. I am fine if he wants to wear crimson and white. I am curious about what really happened with Dismukes, though, in the same way a rubbernecker slows down to see a wreck. Seems like a pattern with that guy if it turns out to be true.

Dude, you need to update your sig.

Part of me hopes he ends up at JUCO no matter where he goes, just so we can go through this again
If he ends up juco, I doubt he'll ever see a D-1 field.
I'm certain Saban sees something that the public doesn't but I'd be lying if I didn't say I would be thrilled to see him end up somewhere other than Bama.

This seems like a stretch. Did you just throw out the first few guys that came to mind?

Most fans want him because of his potential, and his recruiting ranking.
If you make it more real - like "Would you take Foster if it meant you had no room for Jarren Reed?"...It's a harder question to answer.

From a pure talent/potential standpoint, I absolutely want him. With zero coaching his talent is enough to start at most places. With excellent coaching, he could be an all-conference player and a 1st rounder (emphasis on could).
I do not worry about his character b/c I think Bama's team is on very good footing and has excellent leadership - both on staff and among players. He wouldn't get away with a bunch of dumb shite. As rival fans will certainly try to make him aware, the slightest mistake could get his tail "processed".

He's very very talented, he'd start at AU from day 1 and would be in immediate depth at UAT from day 1.
His antics do raise the question about his work ethics. I'm not saying he's a bad kid but we've seen this level of mind changing before and it has caused issues with players when they get to a school and second guess their decision. UGA coaches question his mental side as well and some UGA boosters claimed the coaches have cooled on him a bit due to that, not sure how true it is.

I don't really care one way or the other. I kind of view us as similar to the Patriots at this point in terms of locker room dynamic. We can take a chance on a problem child and if he gets in line he will thrive, if he doesn't he will be processed. If he comes in and wants to work hard and learn how to hone his craft, he will make a fine Will for us. If he doesn't, he will be at Jacksonville State or South Alabama in a year or two.
You nailed it!

While we may question his mental state, we haven't cooled on him. Dude's a beast.

quote:Glad you cleared up the "UGA cooled on him" part. Hell, I read someplace that Mark Richt & staff spent damn near an entire day in Ms. Foster's living room last week while Rueben was on a visit in Cali. If that's cooling on him, then I'd hate to see how much time the UGA staff spends in a living room of a kid they are hot for.
