Yes, you can transfer all of your Wiiware and VC games to a Wii U. You'll access them via "Wii mode" on the Wii U.

Edit: no, no Gamecube support. GC games may eventually become available on the Wii U's virtual console, but it isn't something that is confirmed
Any 3DS owners here excited for it?

Link looks a bit different, but the design of Hyrule looks pretty faithful to the original. ALTTP is my favorite Zelda game..so needless to say, I'm pretty stoked to play this one.

After watching the trailer, it donned on me what a good time it is to be a 3DS owner. 2013 is definitely packed full of big releases.

Fire Emblem: Awakening
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Luigi's Mansion 2
Etrian Odyssey IV
Zelda: ALTTP 2
Pokemon X & Y
SMT: Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers
Shin Megami Tensei IV
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D
Yoshi's Island 3
Mario & Luigi 4

They'll be at E3 with demos for the press and a presentation for retailers and investors.. Their traditional press conference is being dropped in favor of Nintendo Direct

Agreed. Things will change for the better this fall when Pikmin 3, Wind Waker HD, Mario Kart 8 and the new 3D Mario come out.

They just announced at their investors meeting that they won't be having an E3 presentation this year. Instead they will conduct smaller presentations targeting specific groups such as retailers, the press, and gamers.

This is probably thread worthy, but I'm too lazy to bother with it

Its wonderful on PC. Can't beat a locked 60fps. You will need a controller though to get the most out of it along with the dsfix mod. Grab it here. There is a 137 page thread on Neogaf detailing the mod started by the creator here. It will allow you to downsample, unlock framerate, pick between various AA methods, add ambient occulusion, change/remove/resize the UI, and add custom textures along with many other graphics tweaks. Highly recommended.

"The other exciting thing is that... when you think about Windows, even Windows for most people is tied to about 2GB of addressable memory space. This really opens up beyond what most PCs can do, because most PCs are running a 32-bit version of Windows.

I think he is trying to compare the PS4 with my mom's 2008 Dell laptop. Nice comparison! That sure is the target PC market you want to compare to!

Nothing will come of this. He said she said stuff. Move along.

Bought it on GMG as well
I finally finished Demon's Souls for the first time just last week. Such an awesome game. I started my second playthrough of Dark Souls on PC last night. Looking forward to getting back into it. Praise the sun!
This is what updated for me. I noticed that it added:
HighResTexturePack03.esp
in the Data Files section of the launcher. Apparently its a texture pack that covers all three of the expansions.
My Steam client is currently downloading what appears to be a huge update to the High Res texture pack. Hope it doesn't break some of my mods!
Starting up the DLC tonight.. How do I start the quest line?
