Seems like Park had pretty much picked UGA last week during the Mark Richt camp.
Cornwell seemed destined for Bama.
Not sure if they had much to do with one another other than both wanting to go to Bama at one point and committing on the same day to their respective teams.
Not sure what bama's QB depth is ATM, but Park will be watching for at least three years behind Brice Ramsey and Hutson Mason
ETA: I actually wouldn't be surprised if this was posturing by either Bama or UGA (or both) to not let one school hog the QB glory for the weekend.

Hansen is a OU legacy and showing any sort of interest to any other QB in this class would've pissed off the Sooner boosters too much

Cornwell is originally from Florida, so there isn't much tying him to OK.

He was a GA at LSU when we got Jamarcus.
ETA: But I don't think he can use the same racist BS he was pulling with Bama while recruiting against them at FSU.
