Apparently Kirby told him he needed an answer by Friday, Taylor said "frick YO COUCH".

Will be back on campus this weekend to recruit weekend visitors

While this is a huge get for Tennessee, Kirby being in a position to say things like this to prospects as good as Taylor is a great sign for UGA.

I mean... good pickup... but he wasn't going to make or break this class. As I said elsewhere... it was shite or get off the pot time. Most seemed to be expecting this since the Pruitt hire, but definitely a good grab for Pruitt to get some momentum on the crootin' trail.

So another 4* WR goes to UTk with no one to throw him the ball. Traditions are awesome, man.

My guess is that Kirby saw the writing on the wall. I doubt Taylor was disrespectful, just wanted to stay home.

Who is the most likely candidate for OC at Tennessee?

Tyson Helton from USCw (& OC/QB coach @ WKU prior to that) was recently named the OC. Tyson and Tee split OC duties this past season with Tyson taking on the role of Passing Game Coordinator

Thanks. I knew that he'd been hired and couldn't tell if the position was official yet.

Good get. I think Pruitt will do well recruiting Tennessee High school players.

He seemed like he could be a good addition, but I think I'd prefer Tommy Bush to Taylor. We need more of those lanky aTm-style WRs. Wims has been that guy for us, and we can always fit a few more in.

If Bush can reschedule the OV for this weekend while all the other kids are on campus, I think we're good.
