Walker White (#6 QB ESPN/247 and #4 rivals dual threat in the nation) just committed to Auburn over Clemson and Baylor

Auburn hasn’t beaten Clemson head to head for many recruits since I started following recruiting in 2008.
This is a huge one. This is a class leader. If you watched the commitment video, this is a guy you build a program around.
I’m so glad the Bryan Harsin experiment is over and Auburn finally has another real coach that can recruit, win and relate to the players/fans.

Yeah, he’s been a polarizing topic on our boards. Briles didn’t recruit him, Enos did but it was too late.
He has the frame and all the tools to work with but fans are really surprised he’s had so much interest with a 53% completion percentage last season. Obviously how he looks now won’t be how he plays 2-3 years from now though. Definitely wished he had stayed outside of the SEC
