BAMA BUMP, now a 4 Star--- Rivals doing work
The 6-foot-5, 285-pound Bell can be classified now as a sleeper recruit. Prior to Monday, he only had two stars to his ranking on the 247Sports composite. However, Rivals.com now has Bell as a four-star recruit after their evaluation and he is now a three-star recruit on 247Sports and Scout.com
But he was a relative unknown until he came to Alabama's camp last month and dominated, earning his Crimson Tide offer.
Bell's offer list until Alabama was mostly programs out west, such as Fresno State, Washington State, Colorado State, Hawaii, Arizona and New Mexico.

Dominated usc camp too, will be a 4 star on all services by the end of the season

These recruiting services should pay Saban, he finds all these little known recruits that they miss, then they have to adjust their rankings.

What I do not understand is according to little brother on the plains and and the kitties in the bayou is if all these recruits that receive bumps because they commit to UA do not actually deserve them and are overrated why do we continue to beat them on a regular basis and actually have a purpose in the post season.
