I just going by what our guys are saying and that is that since he essentially just an AU student ATM he can leave anytime since he is not binded by a contact with AU.

He is not "just an AU student"; he is a football player on football scholarship. I dont see how this is so hard to understand. The point of a LOI is to bind a player into attending 'X' school. By pure common sense; actually attending classes at 'X' school while under scholarship (which is what Miller has been doing) is MORE BINDING than simply signing an LOI...thus whether or not he has actually signed a LOI means nothing.

LSU fans refuse to believe that he HAS TO SIT OUT 2 YEARS w/o release because he is GOING TO CLASS ON SCHOLARSHIP

They need to refer to the Mike Blakely and Corey Grant situations for details

I even linked him what the NCAA says, with quotes, bolded, to make it easier on them.

They still refuse to believe that since he has accepted, and is currently, under scholarship, that NCAA & SEC rules don't apply to him, because he didn't sign a contract binding him to Auburn before he accepted a free education binding him to Auburn.

Mark Murphy posted that Miller will practice with Auburn this spring. I think we can put this one to bed now.

Pretty impressive that the #1 OLB and #1 ILB are from the state of Georgia. Also does anyone know if we are recruiting Dee Liner as a DE or DT? I'm assuming it will depend on how he handles his weight.

Impossible. Tiger lawyer said so. And of all the anonymous dudes on all the websites in all the world I've been told his info is almost as legit as that W&L fella that nailed the cam newton stuff.

If I can't trust Memphis passing on "bank" information who can I trust?

FIFY

He's cool now. He's not making anything up, just simply spreading news from LSU's end.

Only Auburn recruiting news you can take to the bank is from BuccwildBammer. Truth.

Cool.

We'll miss all that reliable info that you provide... like how Auburn was FUUUUUUUUCKED because the NCAA knew all about how they were cheating to sign our Louisiana kids.

You were right on the money with that one, bro.

We might differ on the use of "news" here.

So miller is staying. We got any news on the guys that aren't already enrolled at auburn?

Jr day this weekend. Carl Lawson and Montravius Adams are visiting, but I don't know who else that's not commited.

I think Dee Liner will be there. He said he's going spend most of his spring break, which starts this weekend, in Auburn.
