Some team will be VERY happy with selecting Vlachos in the 7th once they get him to camp and see how good he is

I doubt he ever makes an NFL roster. If he does, he will have a short career as a backup.

I think Cyrus Jones could be going the Sylve route. Redshirt at WR then switch to CB 2nd year. With Fulton, Milliner, Belue, and Dixon all leaving after '13 season, he'd have a great chance of starting in '14.

I think he stays on O. To good with the ball in his hands.

Jim Brown is a bitter old man

I wonder if he realizes that he played against a bunch of losers compare to todays football. James Harrison in his prime would have laid his arse out. Lost a lot of respect.

If Jim Brown was born in 1980 and played in todays league he would be the best back in the game.

I disagree. You cannot assume that, especially with the joke of competition he played against.

If Cyrus wants to start at CB in 2014 he would need to shift over to the DB's at least by next spring. Lots of learnin to be done.

I dont think you understand the physical specimen he was and athletic ability that he had. JB = Best RB by leaps and bounds.

That's what I meant by going the Sylve route. Sylve actually switched to DB before his freshman season was even over.

Jim Brown was basically Herschel Walker or Bo Jackson before either of them were even born. If you think Bo or Herschel would dominate in today's game, you can't say you think Jim Brown would struggle.

Sooo you are about 60-75 years old? Props for being on the internet for your age then. And since you were around for that, then you would agree the talent he played against was a big fricking joke compared to now

If Cyrus wants to be a 3 year player, changing possitions will not get him there. As good a player as he is I don't know if he would pull a RS as Sylve did so he will likely be on a tighter schedule unless he is willing to sit for a RS his second year while he learns. Best to choose a route this summer/and fall camp then step on the gas and keep it between the lines.
