I liked the QB at J.Allen's HS, might be able to sway him since Allen will likely commit next weekend
Really don't have any clue where the staff will go though, seems like Max Browne thoroughly enjoyed Lame at U$Cw but it's hard not to if you are a QB, they got 3rd stringers that never played a down starting for NFL teams, no other school in THE COUNTRY can compete with that bullshite, and Hackenburg seemed to be saying all the right things, seemed like a match & he out of the blue commited to Ped St

Until we have a QB who puts up great stats and gets drafted in the 1st round, I just don't see us consistently attracting high profile recruits at that position. They want to go play somewhere that they will be the focus of the offense and throw the ball ~35 times a game.
Pedo State's HC can sell his experience coaching Brady. USC can sell Palmer, Leinart, Sanchez, and soon to be Barkley as 1st round picks they have produced. We don't really have anything that can compete with that. Nussmeier has a good track record with QBs, so hopefully that changes soon.

Having the number one QB and number 1 overall pick has helped LSU tons in the QB department.

rumors are flying around that Reuben Foster stopped at Oxford high school on the way to Bama's basketball game the other night and really liked it there........if he leaves Georgia for his senior year to play in Alabama...well, that is huge. TIFWIW but it is being talked about all over Oxford and also confirmed through a poster on here who is hearing the same things.

Good pickup for Stoops, I knew it was a longshot for consideration after TJ committed. They want 3, but they aren't gonna land 3 of the best RBs in 1 year. I can see Kamara or a back that's not in the picture yet as the #3.
You'll be left in the dust when Ten cents flips.

Please be true. Come home Reuben!

In another post, he said that they were looking at homes in Oxford too.

Imo, if he transfers back somewhere in Alabama, its all over. He'll take his visits anyway but the in state pressure and his and his family being Bama fans will be the deciding factors.

I really like Austin Allen, the QB from Arkansas, but I found out his father is on staff at Arkansas. Goddamn ridiculous QB recruiting shite.

This coming from the school that has two recruits deliberately transferring to install new pipe lines to schools?
Sorry if I don't feel one bit sorry for your inept QB play. Kind of hard to when you have your coach weaseling his way into LA politics.

We signed his brother in 2011 also. LINK
Austin broke his brothers records as his 1st year as starter, he is waiting it out a little longer than Brandon, but if he doesn't decide on playing baseball(very possible) I think he'll commit to us if sitting behind his brother again isn't a problem.
